Find Vaccine & Health Screening Locations in NYC
Staying up to date on vaccines and preventive screenings is one of the easiest ways for seniors to stay healthy year-round. Use the resources below to find a location near you.
Find a COVID-19, Flu, or RSV Vaccine Near You
NYC Health maintains an interactive NYC Health Map tool for finding vaccine providers by neighborhood, and recommends everyone 65 and older get an updated seasonal COVID-19 vaccine (NYC Health). You can:
- Search the NYC Health Map for locations offering current-season vaccines
- Call 311 for help finding a nearby vaccination site
- Ask your pharmacy or regular doctor’s office directly — most now carry seasonal vaccines
- Visit an NYC Health Department Immunization Clinic
Recommended for Seniors 65+
NYC Health specifically recommends adults 65 and older get updated COVID-19, flu, and RSV vaccines each season, as older adults face a higher risk of severe complications.
Other Preventive Screenings to Ask About
- Annual wellness visit
- Blood pressure and cholesterol checks
- Diabetes screening
- Cancer screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc. — ask which are due based on your age and history)
Most of these preventive services are covered at no cost under Medicare Part B and most ACA Marketplace plans.
